Lieutenant Derek Flavelle has been involved in the fire service for 7 years. Derek has certifications in Hazmat, Water Rescue, Tactical Combat, and Basic Vehicle Rescue. Derek has a passion for taking care of others. He is an EMT, holding an active NREMT certification along with Advanced Stroke Life Support. He is currently enrolled in paramedic school. In his spare time he likes to spend it with his son, Ryan.
