Great multi-department water rescue training yesterday hosted by Lower Mt Bethel Sandt's Eddy Fire Company.

On Saturday, June 20, the Lower Mt Bethel Sandt's Eddy Fire Company hosted a water rescue drill with six mutual aid and local water rescue units at the Talon boat launch on the Delaware River. The drill included a variety of scenarios that crews may encounter during water rescue calls, such as victim rescue situations.

 
Mutual Aid: The following companies participated in the training: Portland Hook & Ladder Co. No. 1 Station 33, Oxford Emergency Squad, Pennsylvania Water Rescue Station 72, Forks Township Fire Department, Garden State Underwater Recovery Unit, and Harmony Township Fire and Rescue. Their collaboration helped ensure the success of the drill.
